D'yann Crosby aka @D'yannElaine is a Los Angeles native who is an American Sign Language (ASL) Influencer, Educator, Interpreter, Executive Producer, Author and Founder /CEO of Sign with Me, Inc. For over 18 years, she has served as a dedicated supporter of ASL learning and advocating as an interpreter for equal communication and access for individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing in education, arts and media and film. Dr. DE is a former University of Southern California Women of Troy Basketball player, and ASL Academy Coordinator for Lawndale High School. She holds four collegiate degrees (M.A. Organizational Management and M.A. Education, B.A. Communications and B.A. Deaf Studies) from prestigious universities and two K-12 secondary credentials in English and ASL. Currently, she teaches all levels of ASL at Lawndale High School, is Adjunct Professor at both El Camino Community College and California State University Northridge, serves on the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD) Board of Directors, and is a founding member of the National Association of African American Parents and Youth (NAAAPY). Dr. DE strives to bring accessible media by hosting the first syndicated television show that encompasses unique cultures together in speech and non-speech modalities.
