Meet Nicole

Niccole Ogarro is a respected parent advocate for black children and a mother of 7 children from Central American/West Indian (Caribbean) ethnicity. Niccole is a former educator of LAUSD and educated healthcare professional with three university degrees (BA, BSHA, MHA). She is a member of the National Association of African American Parents and Youth (NAAAPY) and is a former District Advisory Committee member and President and Vice President of the school site council of LAUSD and current tutor for The Knowledge Shop Los Angeles. I have successfully achieved in facilitating 5 of my children and my niece and nephew through LAUSD A-G high school requirements along with graduating a year ahead of their peers. The process of assisting my children continued throughout university with 4 graduating from university and both daughters graduating with honors one a year ahead and the other at age 19 years old two years ahead of graduation. My passion for education is no nonsense with my famous statement “I don't give excuses so I don’t accept excuses because they’re no gray areas in achieving education”.
